Project Scope: We will deliver the services as outlined in our agreement. If you need changes or additional work, it will cost extra and may take more time. However, the initial payment remains non-refundable.
Client Cooperation: To help us deliver on time, please provide all necessary information and feedback promptly. Delays on your end won’t be grounds for cancellation or refunds.
Quality Assurance: We aim to deliver high-quality work. If you have any concerns, let us know, and we’ll do our best to fix them within the agreed scope of work.
Unforeseen Events: If something out of our control happens (like a natural disaster), we might be delayed or unable to perform our services. This doesn’t qualify for cancellation or refunds.
Policy Changes: We may update this policy occasionally. If we do, we’ll notify you by email or on our website. Using our services after any updates means you accept the new terms.
